Meishe platform refers to the website, applet, material platform and other platforms operated
by Meishe.

information, you will not be able to register your Meishe platform account and can only use basic
browsing and search services.
2.4.1.2 Our products may support you to log in with the account of the third-party platform
(such as microblog account / QQ account). If you log in with the account of the third-party
platform, we will obtain the relevant information (including user name, nickname, avatar, etc.) and
authentication information (personal sensitive information) under the third-party account
according to your authorization. We promise that the above information is collected to provide
you with account login services, protect your account security and prevent security risks. If you
refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to our platform with the
account of the third-party platform, but it will not affect the normal use of other products and

Meishe platform accounts are divided into: Personal Account; Enterprise Master
Account, Enterprise Subaccount.
Personal account has the ability to upload, download, and purchase Meishe platform
products or services. The Meishe products or services downloaded or purchased by a

personal account are for personal use only and do not have the right to sublicense. We may
require users to verify the upload or download of personal accounts in accordance with
relevant state regulations

Enterprise master account has the ability to upload, download, and purchase Meishe
platform products or services. Enterprise master account can also open subaccounts,
manage their rights, and decide whether or not to share the exclusive material of the master
account.
The Enterprise Subaccount has the ability to upload and pre purchase (such as adding
to the shopping cart) Meishe platform products or services. However, for the pre purchased
products or services, the Enterprise master account shall make payment after confirm the
pre purchase. The Enterprise Subaccount cannot share their exclusive materials.
We will mark the identity of different types of members, for example, mark the enterprise
authentication mark on the enterprise account. In order to ensure that we are providing services for
you, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provide.
We will determine your current level according to your Meishe platform account usage and
the account level calculation rules set by the platform, and provide you with the basic rights and
interests corresponding to the account level.
We will update the account type and permissions from time to time in the form of an updated
privacy policy or service agreement, and you will be asked to read the account type and
permission terms in the updated file carefully. If you do not agree with the above terms in the
updated document, the account type and permission terms in this article will no longer apply. You
may only use browsing and search services.
2.4.2 Additional Membership Services
If you apply to register as an enterprise user, you need to provide us with identity
information and/or enterprise-related information, or authorize us to obtain your
above-mentioned relevant authentication information from a third-party company to verify
your identity.

To show you information about products or services that better suit your needs, we
collect and use your browsing, searching records, device information, service log
information when visiting or using Meishe platform websites or clients, extract your

Our products and / or services provide you with video display and playback services. In this
